First Chemical Battles (FChB)
Solve real-world industrial and theoretical chemistry problems.
League Division
Participants are divided into leagues based on their completed school grade at the end of the school year:
- Junior League: Graduated from grades 7–9.
- Senior League: completed grades 10–11 (or 12) (younger grades are also allowed to participate).
Online Selection Stage
AutoProctor online exam. Time: 11:00 – 13:45.
The selection stage will take place on July 19, 2026, as an individual online exam on the AutoProctor platform. The exact schedule depends on the subject and is listed in the table below.
Grand Finals & Syllabus Topics
During the offline final battles at IITU, Almaty (August 23–27, 2026), teams will compete on academic cases.
Physical Chemistry
Thermochemistry, equilibrium constants, general concept of reaction rate, law of mass action, radioactive decay formula.
Analytical Chemistry
Electrochemical cells and electrolysis, pH calculation for strong acids and strong bases, solubility product, Beer-Lambert law, titration principles, buffer solutions.
Organic Chemistry
High school organic chemistry.
Inorganic Chemistry
Basic concepts of general chemistry, properties of s- and p-block elements and their compounds, qualitative tests for cations and anions, crystal lattice types, complexation reactions, coordination compound structures, chemistry of d-block elements.

The academic committee is responsible for preparing selection tests and final battle questions.
